Rebuilt hydraulic systems including trim tabs and rudder with brand new copper lines. Multiple new seacocks and thru-hulls with all sea strainers having been disassembled, cleaned, and re-installed. New bonding system installed and all bilge pumps work. Navigation and radio equipment function properly. New shore power ports and electrical upgrades including all new CGFI outlets throughout along with LED lighting in some areas.
A single key opens all locks for deck boxes and storage areas. All new fluids (coolant, engine oil and transmission oil). New engine/transmission hoses where needed. 2 new tachometers. 9 new batteries (8 x 8 volt house batteries and 1 x 12 volt battery for diesel generator). Fully automatic 3 phase Newmar battery charger. Chain locker area has been re-done with hinged pocket doors and additional storage.
Complete bottom job including props and cutlass bearings. All new glass/screens throughout the entire boat. Galley Maid toilets (that don't smell) and generously sized showers.

No Radar
One engine is leaking oil from the back and smoking. The owner has been using the boat with the engine oil leak and smoking since he purchased the boat 2 years ago. Being it is a slow oil leak it does not bother him or his use of the boat. He takes the boat out once a month to go fishing.
